My Services

My approach

Gentle, Trauma-Informed Therapy

Whether you’re carrying trauma, burnout, anxiety, grief, or simply sensing that something within you needs tending, this is a space to bring it all — the loud and the quiet, the certain and the unsure

Therapeutic Approaches

Every person is different, and so is every path to healing. Together, we’ll find what works best for you.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

For remembering what happened and remembering who you are now.

EMDR helps you soften the weight of painful memories, and uses eye movements to support your brain in healing what once felt stuck. Instead of only talking about the past, it invites your whole system into the process. Over time, you feel lighter—able to carry your story and live more fully in the present.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ego State Therapy

For hearing from your inner critic and your inner calm.

IFS therapy helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself—like the achiever, the perfectionist, or the part that shuts down. These parts developed to protect you, but they don’t have to be in charge. You can build more inner harmony, compassion, and self-trust.

Somatic Therapy

For listening to your body—and learning to feel safe in it again.

Your body holds wisdom. Somatic therapy helps you notice and respond to physical cues—like tightness, numbness, or restlessness—so you can move from overwhelm toward calm, connection, and presence.

Clinical Hypnosis (Hypnotherapy)

For quieting the noise—and tuning in to your truth

Hypnotherapy offers a focused, inward state where you can access deeper layers of awareness. It supports anxiety relief, confidence building, and emotional shifts—without needing to force anything.

Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)

For calming your nervous system and opening it to new experiences.

SSP is a gentle, music-based therapy that supports nervous system regulation. It’s especially helpful for those with trauma, anxiety, or sensory overload. With SSP, you may feel safer in your body and more connected to others.

Polyvagal-Informed Therapy

For honouring your body’s defenses—and gently inviting in connection.

This approach helps you understand your nervous system’s protective responses—like freeze, shutdown, or hypervigilance—and offers tools to shift toward safety and relational connection, at your own pace.

Attachment-Based Therapy

For grieving what you didn’t get—and learning what you can build now.

Our early relationships shape how we show up in adult relationships. Attachment therapy helps you explore trust, closeness, boundaries, and fear of abandonment—so you can create new, more secure ways of relating.

Self-Compassion and Regulation Tools

For feeling messy and worthy.

Throughout all of our work, I’ll offer gentle, practical tools to help you meet yourself with kindness instead of criticism. Together, we’ll build your capacity to stay steady, even when emotions feel big.
